Le ombre nella caverna sono vere quanto la luce che le genera, poiché la loro verità risiede nel credere ad esse. Quando scoprite che qualcosa in cui credevate non è vero, questo rende forse l'esperienza della verità in cui credevate meno vera? Forse l'origine delle ombre non è altro che luce riflessa essa stessa, con una sua propria origine.

The shadows in the cave are as true as the light that generates them, for their validity lies in believing in them. When you discover something you believed in to be untrue, does that make your experience of the truth you believed in less true? Maybe the origin of the shadows is but a reflected light, which has another origin itself.
